Lowepro Primus AW Backpack: A Great Travel Companion

A little over a year ago I received the Lowepro Primus AW backpack as a going-away gift for a semester abroad at the American University in Cairo, Egypt. The pack performed very-well with only a few minor drawbacks.
The Primus AW is the middle-child in Lowerpro’s line-up fitting between the Primus Minimus AW and the CompuPrimus AW and is priced for $200 at B&H but, can be had for around half that price on eBay. This bag is very well thought out and executed by Lowepro with very high quality of materials, zippers and buckles. Over half of it (51%) is made from Lowepro’s patented “cylcepet” which is a plus for the environmentally friendly.
